Fresh sage and butter sauce is mega.I love with ravioli-any other ideas for this sauce ?

Would especially like to know if any fish loves this sauce?

How about trying a kiev type thing with a turkey breast? Mix the sage with the butter without melting it, make a small pocket in the breast meat and stuff it with the butter.





It then needs to be breaded, but as the filling will become liquid, the process will need to be done twice. Dip in flour, egg, breadcrumbs then the egg and breadcrumbs again.





You can cook this in the oven if you want to be healthy or deep fry.





It actually works surprisingly well served with a tomato and herb sauce.

Reply:you can get cod steaks in butter sauce at the supermarket, maybe buy some fresh cod and do that yourself, i like the supermarket ones, yours may turn out even better!!
Reply:LOBSTER! Sage and butter...mmm that would be tasty w/ the sweet background from the meat of the lobster...Chicken...shrimp, pretty much any meat other than pork would be tasty w/ sage/butter.... but i would say Lobster for sure.
