Mexican sage (or the Salvia to which you refer) has dark purple spikes and sage-like leaves (non edible). It is an ornamental plant is my understanding. I grow it in half barrels mixed with other plants. Looks rather nice.
I don't think this Salvia is of the mint family, rather the sage family (hence the name Salvia).?

I have butter yellow painted walls and sage furniture. What color curtains would look best?
If you are going for a feminine look, try a cream and sage green toile(pronounced twall) or paisley print. If you are going for a masculine look, try a plaid with both colors and maybe a brown or dark red also for accent.

Garlic White
Reply:So far you have plenty of earth tones. Try a red or soft lavender.
Reply:White and yellow checks (large pattern - not small) with large yellow hem with sage green trim. :)
Good luck! Sounds pretty! :)
Reply:the color of your carpet..i have pink walls and green carpet with little pink flowers in my room and green curtains
Reply:I'd personally look at some shades of lighter greens or lighter browns. You could go all out and get a darker brown and have some major contrast...but the good thing about that is you can get all kinds of different decor. Like paintings, statues, whatever you use for decor.
I'm coming up with some pretty cool pictures in my head of what that would look like.
Good luck with what you choose and hope you like it!!
Reply:Light tan background and highlights of darker tan and sage.
Reply:use either green or yellow check and if you have a table and chairs in the room get the same fabric to make pads for the chairs.
Reply:Dusty/denim-like blue to balance with the dusty green works well with soft yellow tones. You're bringing in 3 adjoining colors from the color wheel so they work very well.
Reply:make dark brown you accent color and get offwhite with brown straps curtains from peir one imports
Reply:White ones would work nice. It will keep the room looking bright, fresh and crisp. If all white is too boring sew on the bottom a piece of sage colored fabric. THis way it will ancour the curtains to the room. Hope this idea helps! Good luck!
Reply:Try lilac, then you wont have to buy any more drugs, just looking around and you'll think you're high.
Reply:I found this ebay guide on Window Treatments very interesting.

go to any drug store like Longs or Rite-Aid and look for one called "Certain-Dri"
I had a horrible underarm sweat problem and this fixed it COMPLETELY!
its about $5.
you put it on at NIGHT before you go to bed.
when you first get it, apply it every night for about 4 nights and after you start to see it working, you can apply it about once a week.
if you shaved your armpits that day, it might sting a little...but no big deal.
get it, i promise it works like a charm!!

Has anyone ever used sage oil to induce labor?
I was wondering how was the best way to use it, and how long it took before it worked?
Has anyone ever used sage oil to induce labor?
don't try stuff on ur own can cause problems just give your body time and good luck
Reply:no but i heard castor oil works. but be careful not to take too much.
Reply:I used castor oil
Reply:If you want to induce labor go to your doctor and speak to him/her about it. Please this can hurt you and/or your baby. Why risk it?
Reply:With my first child I used castor oil, walked, had sex, and took a hot bath. I delivered that day and it only took me 4 hours. Not to say that will happen to you. Plus, I have big hips. But do ask your doctor before you do anything. Be careful and have fun with your new baby!
P.S Castor oil is nasty. You can mix it with kool aid and you should be ok.
Reply:Try evening primrose. I took them for 1 day %26amp; started labor.
Reply:i tried castor oil, it didnt work. i also tried alot of walking and such, but sex worked the best, i went into labor 30 minutes later!! nothing will work unless the baby is ready to come out though
Reply:im not sure......never heard of that.
