You don't - it's done for you. Go to VAT in Financials, type in the dates and press calculate and the form will fill out with the relevant details. Go to Print, print out the VAT 100 Form and detailed report. Check everything is OK and that the figures are correct (ie you haven't put the wrong tax code in or wrong figures, etc.) take a backup and then reconcile the form. After you have reconciled, you will not be able to re print the form or make any alterations.
How do you fill in a VAT return form from a Sage accounts package?
Got Financials, and hit the VAT at the top, type in the dates you want included then calculate.
