What colors go with Sage?

I have a sage microfibre sofa that I just bought, and want to keep. We have very light neutral carpet that goes with anything.

an area rug


coffee table %26amp; end tables


and paint the walls





what colors would you go with?


Nothing too light because we have kids!

What colors go with Sage?
sunflower yellow for one wall, the other walls a light shade of blue or off white yellows and blues go good with sage natural colors for the end tables and coffee table go with mini blinds for the windows with valances and an area rug in neutral colors accents of a red not a bright one but on that is a dark one like brick red
Reply:First of all, I bet your microfiber sofa is as beautiful as it is comfortable. Sage is a great color. So kudos to you on that choice. Your coffee table and end tables should be the same style and color of wood. I would suggest a medium brown, say the color of oak. I wouldn't go as dark as walnut. The walls I would paint a warm white, since your colors that you have are in the warm tones. The drapes could be a beige tone as well as the area rug. Whatever you choose, it should be in the warm white and tan shades. Good luck.
Reply:Purple goes well with sage. But what I like with sage is aqua and soft gold. It's on all those accessory pillows. It looks beautiful and restful.
