I don't know of anywhere that sells the plants but I recall that 'Mr Fothergills Seeds' sells the seeds (if you've got green fingers). Check out the website!
Apparently, in Washington State, Clary Sage is on their quarentine list making it illegal to buy, sell or transport the plants or seeds (Americans eh).
