How do i make a wreath with my home grown sage?

Cut your sage back and tie off with some string or a rubber band. Hang upside down to let air dry thouroughly. Make the shape of the what ever items intended for the wreath, then cut the sage to fill in.

Use a hot glue gun and floral pins to hold into place. Start with a bunch, lay it down and attach to the wreath. Cut off and excess, then add second bunch under the first one and repeat until you go all around the whole thing!

My opinion but FRESH CUT, not dried. I've used woven grape vine then weave into that, the "Stuff" I want to add.

Once dry, Sage will be more delicate to handle, and it will dry naturally anyway however you mount it to whatever pattern or material you use for a wreath.
Reply:It's easiest to use a store bought wreath to use as a base (either woven or styrofoam) and then you can pin or use thin wire to attach your bunches of sage. Just keep going until you cover the wreath you used as a base. Good luck! :)
