What is sikhism the newest religion on earth, Nanak the sage started it .?

I am a sikh but i get confused with different version of mankind telling me this when 99% of them have not even read the Gurbani.


Request genuine answer no spasm please.

I am a fellow Sikh and sorry but I must make a correction on someone's comments.


Sikh's have NOTHING to do with the Hindu religion, they are two completely seperate religions.





Hindu's for example believe in many God's


Sikh's believe in one and only one God





Yes Guru Nanak Dev ji started Sikhism, and the religion is fairly new compared some of the other religions in the world that date centuries back.





What do you mean by 99% haven't read gurbani?

Reply:500 yrs or so ago sikhs were hindus,to protect fellow citizens from muslims this sect was created.Thats it there is no other history of Sikhism.

Mostly about love (like Christianity), and the value of work and community (like Christianity, Moslem, Buddhist, and Hindu).

I really do not understand how can people pray for things which they manufactured them-selves !


You are beeing confused because you choosed a religion that's contradiced by sciences !


As for me , I choosed Islam because it goes with sciences and believes Moise , Jesus and Muhammed as messengers of God / Allah !
