It depends on your taste, and your style. Green matches anything. Look at your throw pillows, or another fabric or decoration that you have in your living room that matches with the color of your couch... then choose one of the colors from it! I have greens through out my home (the carpets are all the same), I have walls that are beige, mint, blue, yellow, a dark blueish green, and pink. All of the rooms look great. Look at your flooring too, is there a color there you can pull out? yellows look cheery- pinks, Burgundy's and reds look romantic, browns/tans look woodsy- blues look soothing.... and so on. You can't go wrong with any color up against green, it's a color of nature.
I have a sage green couch. What color should I paint my living room?
Beige will look good.
Reply:I used RAW COTTON for my walls. It is a light beige color, %26amp; whatever color accessory I use in the rooms it seems to reflect it %26amp; take on that color. For instance, I have burgandy curtains in one bedrrom %26amp; the whole room looks kinda mauve, very pale however. In another room I have green curtains %26amp; that room has a cool, pale green hint to it. /the LR has beige/ivory curtains, so that room has a warm beige feel to it.
Reply:maybe brown? i like brown and green together, they look really earthy.
Reply:Verey light pale green or lime green. something in the green family.
Reply:beige
Reply:A light green.Sea Green
Reply:Canary yellow wall with red accents (pillows and side chair) If you have dark framed furniture this is very warm look.
Brown walls look good also. But certainly try the red accessories with the sage. It give a rich look to any room!
Reply:Something natural... any kind of khaki would look nice. Depending on the style of the house and your personal taste, a bold color like purple could look fresh and full of character. You could also go with a mediteranian color scheme...
