I know that www.amphigory.com used to carry it but they discontinued that color. The color is a combo of green and gold, basically the same shade as MAC's Golden Olive pigment eyeshadow. Are there any other companies that may have something similar?
Does anyone know where to find sage green lipstick?
Have you tried Sephora? If there isn't a location near you, you could always purchase items online. They have a big variety of all sorts of brand and colors!

Reply:Well u could go to Longs or any other drug stores and look in make up. There is a company called N.Y.C that makes wild colors.
Reply:why would you want to
Reply:In England Barry-M sells wild colours
Reply:I know NYC and MAC produce wild colors.
You *might* have to travel to a halloween store OR a theatre makeup store. They have every color of the rainbow there. :)
Reply:ewww... thats ugly
Reply:First of all, why do you want your lips to look like they have a fungus? Anyway, get some lip balm and put it on. Next, take your eyeshadow and put it over the lip balm, covering your lips. Rub it in with your finger, and add more lip balm. Voila!

Would watermelon and mint or sage green be good june wedding colors?
Please if anyone has links, collages or pics i would love to see them! i thought of these colors one night in bed and want to see how it would all come together.
Would watermelon and mint or sage green be good june wedding colors?
Watermelon and a spring or apple green would be great - sage is too dull, mint doesn't have enough punch.

Reply:I don't see why not. Pink and green has been a popular color scheme for awhile now. Go to Walmart or the local hardware store and get paint chips in those colors and put them together at home.

I originally thought sage would be better, but after looking through these mouth watering pictures, I think my vote is with mint. It's such a happy combination!
I'm sure whatever you choose will be lovely, so enjoy the planning process! Cheers!
Reply:They sound great. Davidsbridal.com has some really good color combos. One is watermelon and I think on is sage also or something close at least. You should go check em out.
Reply:I think watermelon and sage would go great together. Watermelon is bright and sage is a dim neutral color. Mint green might be too bright with watermelon. Hope this helps

Where can i find Sage and Tarragon powder??
This is for a french project, i have to cook a food of a country related to french and i picked egyptian -_-" It's hard to find the ingredient. Please help!!
Where can i find Sage and Tarragon powder??
Most health foods stores carry a great selection of spices. Many are much cheaper -- not to mention fresher -- than what you get at the grocery store. They should have ground or powdered sage and tarragon.
Reply:You can buy Sage here http://www.natco-online.com/acatalog/Sag...
and Tarragon here http://www.natco-online.com/acatalog/Tar...
Neither are powdered - they are dried leaves (never seen the powder) but you can make your own powder by grinding the dried leaves.
Reply:I've used a lot of foreign recipes and sometimes they call it, for example, "sage powder" when we would call it "ground sage." That might be the case here.
Reply:Tarragon and sage are leafy, so finding a powder would be difficult unless at an ethnic or gourmet food store. I have always used ground or fresh when cooking....
Reply:very simple any supermarket they have powder and leave fresh and dry .Fresh have stronger flavor best for you cooking .I love .Always in Good Taste . Gourmet By Charlie
Reply:you can get them at probably any grocery store...even wal-mart

I have a sage plant, it is blooming nice purple flowers, can I eat the flowers, or use them for garnish?
Seems like if I can eat the plant, the flowers should be edible too, but does anyone know for sure, before I poison myself?
I have a sage plant, it is blooming nice purple flowers, can I eat the flowers, or use them for garnish?
Yes, it seems you can. "Sage (Salvia officinalis) -- Try sliding some culinary sage flowers under the skin of turkey or chicken, along with a few sprigs of rosemary. The flowers have a warm, herby flavor with a hint of heat. Toss orange slices and fennel with sage flowers and slivered sage leaves."
Reply:just use for garnish
Reply:don't know, what did you spray or fertilize the plant with?
Reply:Most plants must be consumed by the bushel full to poison yourself. Go ahead and try them...if they don't taste good don't eat them. Best wishes

How will burning sage help with the spirit following my friend?
If the spirit smells bad it will cover up the odor.
How will burning sage help with the spirit following my friend?
burning sage is called smudging. It is a practice used by american indians. There are different thoughts, one is to make the negative spirit visiable. Once seen, it can no longer hide and is forced to leave the residence. Smudging can be used to rid the home of negative feelings with little harm to the user. It will however, leave a lingering smell for a couple of days if you don't open the windows after the process. The smoke is to carry the spirits out of the house, open the windows so it can leave. Start with a room farthest from the front of the house, always walking counter clockwise in each room then open the door or window and let the smoke carry the spirit out. If your friend is being followed out side a house, then he or she must find a crystal for protection where ever they go, or some other amulet to protect them. They must believe in their strenght to be stronger than what is bothering them. Call upon a guardian angel saying guardian angel come to me. Protect me, guide me and show me the way.
Reply:Sage is known for its purification properties. It purifies and absorbs negativity. But if you friend needs a little "something something" they can wear a hematite stone around their neck or on their person. It does the same thing and it smells less offensive.. ;)
Good luck.
Reply:It can work but if the spirit is negitive it can irritate it and make things worse has you friend asked the spirit to leave her alone?
Reply:Sage is thought to have purifying energy about it, and burning it is a good way to diserse them.
Reply:It is believed to have great purification properties. If that doesn't work you may have to use an exercism. (Priests perform these.)
Reply:Sage purifies energy and removes negativity

What type of store do I need to purchase sage?
this sage is like incense but it is wrapped with string and you lite it and move about your home, yard, your body, etc.
What type of store do I need to purchase sage?
you can find a smuge stick here

although I prefere white sage, it smells better, also can burn smaller amounts at a time, but you need charcoal blocks to burn it on. Smuge sticks have a tendency to burn all the way down, and are hard to put out without ruining them.

Not only do they carry the smudge sticks, but also insense, books, and you can chow down in their natural foods cafe.

How to prepare hash from seasoning sage mixed with eggs and put in the oven to cook?
any ideas on how to make hash from the seasoning sage and eggs put in an oven to cook? i need this info for a thesis project.
How to prepare hash from seasoning sage mixed with eggs and put in the oven to cook?
FYI....there is a "Cooking and Recipes" sub-section under the "Food and Drink" heading; you might consider asking there... you'd probably get more responses. :)
Reply:Using a cast iron pan, I'd saute onions, hash brown potatoes and green peppers on the stove top. Remove from the pan. Cook sausage, seasoned with sage. Drain grease from pan. Put onion, potatoes, sausage, and peppers back into pan. You can stir in scrambled eggs or break eggs over top. Place in oven and cook until done.

Can you please some one tell me how I can learn sage accounting software. will there be any step by step guidence.
Can I download it free of charge.
Thanks
Can some one tell me how i can learn sage accounting sofware?
you should be able to get a demo version so you can practise
Reply:You cant get it free, or if you did you would never be able to use it properly without tuition, they even do college courses on it, its a bit complex, but well worth learning, Sage have a great helpline too.
Reply:Sage is easy to use. It has a fantastic help menu so if you employer has it already just go to the help screen. There is nothing you can do in sage that cannot be deleted or reversed.
The best way to learn is to load a 'Dummy' company and play around posting invoices and doing bank recs etc.

Whats the difference between a Philosopher and a Sage?
Both are thinkers and wise. But a sage knows when to keep his/her mouth shut! - LOL.
Whats the difference between a Philosopher and a Sage?
Some philosophers flee from the agnosticism. Following tirelessly the laws of logics like during the medieval period as the evil preachers did too, some philosophers had spread (out) their lying faith; had made ordinary people believe that the unique 'Lord' (philosopher's thinking), the master of the whole universe, had once created the laws of the logics. What a paradox! However, a Sage is an agnostic one, who detains both an absolute knowledge of the existence of the universe and the unknown. There is the difference between a philosopher and a Sage.

I don't have fresh sage, so how much ground or rubbed sage do I use instead?
I believe that you cut the amount in 1/3 if you use ground instead of fresh. Good luck
I don't have fresh sage, so how much ground or rubbed sage do I use instead?
Ground herbs and spices are a lot more intense than fresh ones so the rule of thumb is to use 1/3 the quantity of fresh called for, when using dried. That holds true for sage, too.

I have a small room that must function as tv/entertaining room. will red and sage work? how?
The room is very small and, the walls are divided by a two inch ledge that is four feet high. The ceiling and top part of the walls are creme colored, and the bottom is wall papered. I want to change the paper, and was thinking of a sage color. Because the room is so small I am not sure if i should use a striped or patterned wall paper or what. I have a dark wood trunk with a very muted red and moss green pattern on it. Other than that, I need all new furniture. In a small room, can I get away with red or wine colored couch and chairs? Would they go well with sage wallpaper? If so, should i add an accent color anywhere in the room? Also, if you think the sage and reddish color scheme is a disaster, what color scheme should i use for this small room? Thanks for whatever help you can offer!!!!
I have a small room that must function as tv/entertaining room. will red and sage work? how?
I think sage and burgundy red compliment eachother really well. This is just how I imagine it in my head, and I don't know if you're going for a modern or traditional style. But here goes...
If you can wallpaper, I'd wallpaper the lower half of the chair rail with a slightly bold wallpaper (paisley or fleur de lys), and then paint the top half in a lighter sage, to still give the feeling of airiness). I'd get one chair in a nice wine colour and a couch in a neutral like a medium or dark brown and highlight it with wine coloured pillows and a throw. The trunk would be a coffee table, so maybe cover it with a cut to size glass, to protect it.
I would personally use the wine as an accent colour and not go hog wild with it.
Reply:I would definitely go with very light colors.
Also striped wallpaper will make your ceilings appear higher but patterned wallpaper might not be a good choice for a small room, especially if you have a lot of stuff in it. The end effect might be too.."busy"

What would you ask of a sage knowing everything if you had just one question to ask?
My question was "what does it mean when someone says we are all a part of God?"
This was the answer that I got.
I am the ocean, you are the raindrops. We are the same. You raindrops, because of your similar size and location, see yourselves as separate, as units, as individuals. This perception of your selves has been your only reality since you were born in the clouds. You have no other perspective of your selves. As you fall through your short lives here, you see the ocean far below. On a certain level you understand that it and you are one and the same. You envy its magnificence. The thought comes,” I am water too, am I not also part of this magnificence?” Then you realize that you are but an insignificant raindrop. You can only look at that distant ocean in awe. The ocean with its timeless knowledge sees you quite differently. It sees you for what you really are. Its most precious children, bravely returning home to share the experience that ocean as a whole could never have experienced. The ocean has nothing but love for you. Because it understands that it is you, and that you are it. It knows only truth. Until the moment you reunite you can only speculate. The ocean's love for you is unconditional. It holds no foolish thought of punishing you for not falling quite right. It only waits with great patience for your homecoming.
The tiny collisions you had with the other drops on the way down, at the time seemed so significant. Often you feared that if you mingled with them too long you might get to close and in the process even lose your identity. All this because you understood your true identity not! You are ocean, you always were ocean, you always will be ocean. How you currently perceive yourself raindrop, snow flake, puddle, stream, River, or lake matters not. This is all illusion, only perception. You are ocean, you are spirit. You and I are one; we are the All That Is!

Poultry season, it has sage in it .. or is it you just don't like sage?
Reply:Thyme would be great. Throw in a little bit of rosemary too, if you like it (not too much, though).
If you have poultry seasoning, use that. It contains sage and will be perfect.
Reply:I would use a combo of thyme and rosemary. Use as much rosemary as the recipe calls for in sage, then 2/3 the amount of thyme.
Reply:Poultry seasoning. But you can use any herb you enjoy the flavor of. Thyme might be nice.
Reply:Thyme would definitely work.

Poultry season, it has sage in it .. or is it you just don't like sage?

What colors would go with sage green walls in my bathroom.?
I would go with light mocha, gold or cream colored towels. Bring in a picture or poster that includes sage and the other color(s) you choose.
Reply:Try Terra Cotta I love the combo!
Reply:Cream would traditionally. But I love all shades of turqoise this year. It is a terrific accent with paler shades of green. Pier one is good inspiration for that color scheme.
Reply:We have sage carpet in our bedroom. We have a, I guess, pinky/purple/mauvey colored curtians. And we have tan bedding. Our sage comforter has ribbon flowers embrodered on it in pinks and yellows.
I think that anything in the cream, pink, peach, or lavander would go nicely. Otherwise, you could go with a darker green as suggested. I guess it depends on if you want it to blend or pop for accent.
Reply:Definitely a mocha color with a few cranberry accents for POP.

But I'm putting my vote in with Cream....Like cream in my coffee!! Good luck........Looking around....... How did I get here!!!

How do u make sage and onion stuffing???
Sage and Onion stuffing
1 onion, peeled and finely chopped
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp fresh sage, finely chopped
80g/3oz fresh white breadcrumbs
salt and pepper
1 egg, beaten
Method
1. Sweat the onion in the oil, until soft but not coloured
2. Mix together the onion, sage and breadcrumbs and season well.
3. Add enough of the beaten egg to bind the mixture together and use to stuff meat or poultry or to roll into individual stuffing balls.
4. If making stuffing balls, cook in the roasting tin with the meat for 30 minutes.
Reply:Try the following
Sage and onion stuffing
4 large onions
10 sage-leaves
125g/¼lb of breadcrumbs
40g/1½oz butter
salt and pepper to taste
1 egg
Method
1. Peel the onions, put them into boiling water, let them simmer for 5 minutes or rather longer, and just before they are taken out, put in the sage-leaves for a minute or two to take off their rawness.
2. Chop both these very fine, add the bread, seasoning and butter, and work the whole lot together with the yolk of an egg, when the stuffing will be ready for use.
3. It should be rather highly seasoned, and the sage-leaves should be very finely chopped.
4. Many cooks do not parboil the onions in the manner just stated, but merely use them raw. The stuffing then, however is not nearly so mild, and to many tastes, its strong flavour would be very objectionable.
5. When made for goose, a portion of the liver of the bird, simmered for a few minutes and very finely minced, is frequently added to this stuffing; and where economy is studied, the egg and butter may be dispensed with.

Does anyone have any recipes for pineapple sage?
Pineapple sage is one of my favorite herbs but I don't use it for cooking that much.
The only way I have used it is to place leaves, along with butter, under the skin of chicken and roast. It imparts a very, very light flavor to the chicken. I don't get a pineapple flavor although the pineapple aroma is there. Be sure and chew a raw leaf to see if you like the flavor because that is what is given to the chicken.
Does anyone have any recipes for pineapple sage?
I like to bruise the leaves and add them to iced tea or lemonade. It is very refreshing!
Reply:Pineapple Sage
Banana Pineapple Sage Smoothie
3/4 cup fruit flavored nonfat yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
1 small banana
1/3 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon chopped pineapple sage
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in blender container and process until smooth. Serve in attractive glasses, garnishing with a light dusting of cinnamon, if desired.
Pineapple Sage Salsa (serve with Corn Fritters, below)
2 cups fresh pineapple cut into 1/2" pieces
1/2 cup sweet red pepper
1/4 cup Vidalia onion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon chipolte pepper, crushed (hot chili powder can be substituted)
1/4 cup pineapple sage flowers, coarsely chopped
Note: To get 1/4 cup of flowers, you'll need 20 or more flower stems of pineapple sage. It's a bit tedious, but you need to pluck the tiny, bright red flowers one-by-one. It's okay of you end up with a little bit of the sepals (the green stuff around the base of the flower.)
Combine all these ingredients in a nonmetallic bowl. Cover, then refrigerate for at least 12 hours before using. This allows plenty of time for the flavors to meld.
The salsa is also good as a dip with chips or served on seafood. And believe it or not, it tastes pretty good on ice cream, too! You might consider eliminating the onions, even though they're sweet.
Pineapple Sage Corn Fritters
24 oz. frozen corn or 16 oz. of frozen corn and 3 ears of fresh corn cut off the cob
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon medium chili powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/2 cup sweet red pepper
1/4 cup onion
1 tablespoon baking powder
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
Vegetable oil for deep frying
Add half of the frozen corn to the coriander, chili powder, salt, sugar, red pepper, and onion in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Pulse until it reaches the consistency of oatmeal. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, sift together the baking powder and flour. Then add the flour mixture, the eggs, and the remaining corn to the first corn mixture. Stir until mixed.
Pour oil about 1-1/2" deep in a heavy frying pan. Heat the oil to 350 degrees for deep frying. Drop the batter by rounded tablespoons into the oil. Turn the fritters occasionally to brown evenly on all sides. Cooking time will vary, but it usually takes 3 to 4 minutes. Remove the fritters from the oil and drain on absorbent paper. Serve immediately with the pineapple salsa. If you have any left over, they hold up pretty well and are even tasty cold the next day. They also freeze well. And you can also freeze the left over salsa. It will lose its color, but not its taste.

1/4 cup honey (light wild flower or sage flower preferred)

leaves have the most pineapple flavor)
3 Tablespoons coarsely chopped pineapple sage flowers*
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
4 Tablespoons well-squeezed, chopped pineapple
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups flour
Cream the butter and the sugar until very light and fluffy. Beat in
the honey. Add the eggs one at a time, making sure to beat for one minute
after each addition. Beat in the sage leaves, flowers and lemon peel.
Stir the dry ingredients together and add to the butter mixture. Fold

What can i use sage purple flowers for?
so im about to cut the purple flowers off my russian sage. http://images.search.yahoo.com/search/im...
What can i use these flowers for?
thanks in advance
What can i use sage purple flowers for?
Dry them and add them to a poupourri pot or mix them with other dried flowers in a basket of flower petals. Dried flower and flower petals in a decorative bowl or basket can really look cute in a guest bedroom, kitchen, etc. With my cut flowers that are herbs, I have a mason jar with about 2 cups of canola oil. I add all the flower and some leaf clippings to the oil. I also used rose petals, lavendar, oregano leave and flowers, etc. When the oil holds as many flowers and leaves as it will take, I cap the container and allow the mixture to age for about three weeks. Then I strain the flowers, leaves ,etc out of the oil and have a great skin/massage oil. I do this same thing with sage leaves but I use olive oil. This makes a great bread dip and/or actual sage oil that you cook with and/or baste a turkey rather than use butter or oil. I am not certain though that russian sage is condusive to this. I do this with regular sage plant. I also do this with oregano.

Add mixture to pot with chicken broth and keep stirring on medium heat. Keep an eye on this as it thickens. Control the thickness by adding more cornstarch. ALWAYS mix it with a little warm water in the Quick Shake container first. If you just add it directly, you will get lumps.

Tonight I'm making Tray baked veg + apple, pork chops, sage+onion stuffing balls?
Fry some onion, add fresh mushroom, sauteed with port wine / red wine, some pepper and salt, and some worchester sauce (to get the color), then thicken it with a teaspoon of cornstarch.

What color lace curtain straight white or antique white, cream would work better on sage green walls?

What color lace curtain straight white or antique white, cream would work better on sage green walls?
I think the Antique white would look best.
Reply:i think an off white cream white would look nice or a color like....manilla ( like the oaktag floders )
Reply:White will work, if your ceiling is white and your trim is either white or natural darker wood. You would get a crisp look with this. If you choose cream (ecru), your ceiling needs to be painted something other than white, and your trim can't be white either. With ecru you will get a warmer feeling and it will bring more of the warmer brown tones out in your sage walls. More people prefer ecru curtains, over white. If you choose antique white, your ceiling and trim can't be white or your curtains will look dingy. It's a bit warmer than bright white, but will be lighter in your room vs. ecru, if natural lighting is an issue.
Reply:I like the look of either an antique white or cream for lace curtains with any colors or decor. It just creates a softer feeling and has more of an heirloom feel.
There are no hard and fast rules. You need to be happy with the final effect.

Does anyone have a way to login to sage publications? i need several articles there for my research project.?
I am a Sociology student who's doing a research on juvenile delinquency. Several articles from Sage Pub. journals are best ones for reference and citations.
Does anyone have a way to login to sage publications? i need several articles there for my research project.?
You should check whether the journals have electronic copies of their articles and whether your university has access. You can then download online as long as you have the appropriate passwords (in the case of my university my library card number and a PIN number).
Alternatively the articles, if they are older may be free to access adn download from the journals own website.

Reply:I don't understand the question, 'this is a plant?" Of course it is a plant, not an animal. Sages belong to the mint family and have aromatic foliage. Flowers range from blue to red, they require less water than most garden plants once established. Hummingbirds are particularly attracted to most varieties.

Is salvia just sage.....like the sage you spice your food with?
Or is it a specific type of sage?
Is salvia just sage.....like the sage you spice your food with?
Salvia is the genus of several plants, and the sage you cook with is in that family. The kind you smoke is related to cooking sage, but definitely not the same species.
Reply:and from a Culinary point of view........it is not the sage you would typically use although I have. It is not the sage in your spice rack for sure. It is a different flavor from the sage we know and love.
Reply:Salvia is a genus of plants in the mint family, Lamiaceae. It is one of three genera commonly referred to as Sage. When used without modifiers, sage generally refers to common sage (Salvia officinalis); however, it can be used with modifiers to refer to any member of the genus. This genus includes approximately 700 to 900 species of shrubs, herbaceous perennials, and annuals with almost world wide redistribution, the center of diversity and origin appears to be Central and South Western Asia.[1] Different species of sage are grown as herbs and as ornamental plants.[2] The ornamental species are commonly referred to by their scientific name Salvia.
The closely related genera Perovskia and Phlomis are also known as sage; Russian Sage (Perovskia atriplicifolia). Some species of the unrelated genus Artemisia are also referred to as sages, a shortened version of sagebrush. Smudge bundles are made with various grey-leaved species of Artemisia and are misrepresented as "whitesage" smudges. The true whitesage is Salvia apiana, which has a delightful scent when burned.
Reply:The term salvia, when used alone, refers to decorative sage or ornamental sage. Salvia officinalis is the official name for the sage one cooks with, and its general names are garden sage, kitchen sage or simply "sage." Though a few variations of the plant are also referred to as "sage."
A note not to the author of the question: Oh yeah -and if you're going to cut and paste from Wikipedia - cite the source or that's plagiarism!

Pleaseeee help, old fashion sage and onion stuffing?
My Mother who is 83 told me that when she grew up during the great depression in Wales her Mother use to make pork flap with onion and sage stuffing, I thought I might cook this for her for Easter Sunday, but cannot find a recipe, please ask your Grandmom, perhaps they will remember
Many thanks
Pleaseeee help, old fashion sage and onion stuffing?
Pork flap might be hard to find unless you want to buy it from a butcher. You could also substitute a pork loin and slice it in thin sections, make sure you leave on the fat. You can cook it with the stuffing recipe below.
Onionand Sage Stuffing w/Meat
Ingredients
1 onion finely chopped
1 tbsp vegetable oil or lard
1 tbsp fresh sage, finely chopped - canned sage is ok too
4 cups fresh white breadcrumbs
course salt and fresh ground pepper to liking
1 egg
Directions
Cook the onion in the oil, until soft but not browned
Mix together the onion/oil, sage, breadcrumbs and season with salt/pepper
Add the egg to bind the mixture together, stir thoroughly
You can use to stuff meat or poultry, make rolls, or balls
You can also cook the stuffing in the roasting tin with the meat - casserole style
Cook at 350F degrees for 35-45 minutes
I'm sure your Grandmother will love it.

Hey Y'all! Does anyone know of a good turkey stuffing that does not use sage?
Depending on size of turkey, you can make your own stuffing using your own choice of bread and your own seasonings. (For one about 15-20# )Take a loaf of your fav bread and place all pieces on a baking sheet in oven for about 1 hour at a temp of 200F. this will dry out the bread without burning it.(Using a toaster takes more time) After bread is dried, you can use 1/4 tsp black or white pepper, 1 tps salt, 1 tps celery seed, 1/4 cup onions if desired, chopped fine, a pinch of paprika Add some apple chopped up into 1 inch pieces if desired. You can use fresh celery instead of celery seed but chop into small pieces as not greater than 1/8 inch, slimmer is better!! Mix all these ingredients in a large bowl. After these are mixed, you can take the bread and tear it up into small pieces and place into bowl with mixture. After adding bread you can take 1 cup of water( just enough to mix the seasonings well) and add 1/2 a stick of butter and melt into water. Put this over the bread mixture and stir to coat the bread, if not damp enough you can add up to 1 cup more of water. Place into cavity and bake as required. This is one of my favorites using apples and celery seed(as some people don;t like celery pieces to chew). I always save bread in the freezer to make dressing fresh!!

Reply:You could always replace sage with thyme or rosemary.
Reply:We base ours on rosemary bread. It's fantastic!
Reply:Just make the stuffing of your choice and leave the sage out or substitute with an herb you like.
Reply:1 loaf of day old French bread or 1 bag of stuffing mix.
1 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
2 cups each, chopped onion and celery
1/2 stick of butter (1/4 cup or 1/8 lb)
1 chopped green apple
1 cup of currants or raisins
I box of cooked chicken rice-a-roni
Stock from the turkey giblets (1/2 cup to 1 cup) (can substitute chicken stock)
1 tbl chopped garlic
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1 If you haven't already made the stock, take the turkey giblets - heart, gizzard, liver(optional) - and neck if you want, and put them in a small saucepan, cover with water and add a little salt. Bring to a simmer; simmer for about an hour, uncovered. (If you use the liver, cook it with the other giblets only until it is cooked through, a few minutes, then remove. Cooking the liver longer may make the stock bitter.) Strain the stock into a container for use with the stuffing. Alternatively, you can use chicken stock or just plain water with this recipe.
2 Slice bread into 1/2 inch cubes. Heat a large sauté pan on medium heat. Melt 2 Tbsp butter in the pan, add the bread cubes and toast. Only turn them when they have become brown on a side.
3 In a separate pan, sauté garlic, chopped onions and celery with the remaining 2 Tbsp butter. Add to the bread.and add the cooked rice-a-roni. Add cooked chopped walnuts. Add chopped green apple, currants, %26amp; raisins. Add some water or the stock from cooking the turkey giblets (enough to keep the stuffing moist while you are cooking it). Add salt %26amp; pepper.
4 Cover. Turn heat on low. Cook for an hour. Add water or stock as needed while cooking to keep the stuffing moist.

Is it possible to extract Salvinorin from culinary sage using the extraction process?
Don't try it yourself. It requires proper equipment and knowledge to not kill yourself.
According to Daniel Siebert in his Salvia Divinorum FAQ, the extraction and purification of salvinorin A should only be attempted by qualified researchers with experience in chemistry and the proper laboratory equipment, particularly as measurement of safe dosages is difficult.[10] Though salvinorin A can be vaporized and inhaled, the overwhelming potency of even minute quantities of salvinorin A makes a sophisticated analytical balance essential for measuring a safe dose.

Painting my living room. I have red and sage furniture and brown carpet. What color should the walls be?
play around with the Sherwin Williams color visualizer to find something that you like. It is the best paint visualizer on the web, imho. I like how their color palette is laid out, I like that you can search by color family %26amp; color name, the "painted" rooms look the most realistic, and it suggests coordinating color schemes. You can literally spend hours:

I think an orange like "Sunset" (# 6626) would look good.
Painting my living room. I have red and sage furniture and brown carpet. What color should the walls be?
Either a sandy tone or a sage would look good. Maybe paint three walls in a soft sand and one in a lighter or darker sage than your furniture color. You could also use brown as an accent wall color. I wouldn't add another major color though but you could add some black accents in the room in the way of lamps and picture frames.
Reply:I would go with a light tan color shown here

I think that would look great.
Reply:Consider:
white, off white, or ivory
pale yellow
pale gold
Reply:Get funky and go for a Shade of Chocolate, slightly darker than your carpet,. May be fun.

look lovely.

Can I buy salvia divinorum (Diviner's sage) online, I'm 17 and I have a debit card?
I've purchased stuff with my card online before, but do they have any way of getting my information to verify my age? How about at a smoke shop? Technically it's not tobacco. I'm mostly interested in buying online though, thanks.

i think your best bet is online because in a smoke shop they may give you a hassle and its not really worth it. anyways, you can get better quality, more potent salvia on the internet for MUCH lower prices. try thesalviastore.googlepages.com. i've found that they supply the best salvia for literally the lowest price on the internet.
Reply:The store doesn't have the right to ask your age, but they have to provide the item purchased. The card issuer will then check with their database, where they can see your age. Then they will decline the charge. They have to do this otherwise they will get in all sorts of trouble for providing a minor with a controlled substance.

Bedding color ideas to go with sage green walls in my bedroom?
if its just your room... not you and spouse.. .i would say like a light pink or lavender. those colors go well together!
here is a website...

Reply:I think a deep cream vintage white embroidered bedspread with antiqued' lace pillow cases..
Reply:I made a crochet afghan that was sage and pumpkin, and those two colours looked really great together. Also maroon and burgundy go good with sage.
I'll see if I can get you a link for pumpkin, maroon and burgundy beddings.

Reply:I would do a light yellow with some chocolate brown accents achieved by accessories.
This will give the room a light airy feel... yet the dark brown and sage will give it a respectable elegance by anchoring the room.
Large dark brown baskets and picture frames would really set the room off.
Reply:Yellow, taupe, or cream would look very nice with it; so would different shades of sage green or even a soft turquoise.
Reply:I have a sagish color also, and yellow looks really pretty with it. My dust ruffle and windows are small yellow gingham and my bedspread is a quilt, but it's hard to explain. I'll send you pics if you give me your e-mail for ideas.
Reply:I have sage green walls and have a dark purple bedding set with green and orange on it http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/produc...
and a pink and red one http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/produc...
both from IKEA
Reply:brown with sage circles
Reply:Maybe hot colors, like orange or red or mustard.... Or even white... Or a lighter green... Or... Colored stripes!!

Which colors will go on my living romm. i will use my sage sofa and love seat in it?
i like earthy tones but i dont have the budget to replace the couch right now. What are some grat color combinations to go with it?
Which colors will go on my living romm. i will use my sage sofa and love seat in it?
i have t he opposite in my living room, my walls are olive green sage,
the best collours that go with sage are
cranberrys
chcolate browns
ivory
butter yellow
some canary yellows
purples
know this by doing my coloring and matching in my home.....use the colour wheel and go oppostie side as sage colour is on(greens) that is how you compliment the colour
if you want to blend, then you should use ivorys, and buttermilks..............
good luck.
dont forget to look at colour wheel in homedepot or whatever paint store you go to... to get an idea, BUT NEVER USE COLOUR ON SAME SIDE, will not compliment and will be an eye sore eventually
Reply:U can try almost anything from the beige family. I would like to say a more golden color leaning to the yellow. Not a bright one but a golden yellow would look nice. Also u can try white r a bold color with the red family. U can also get a green depending what shade u r doing. Best bet is nice carmel color with golden r silver trim in pillows, rugs r curtains. Have fun.
Reply:I did my living room with a leather look on the walls. Its wonderful, The color is a chocolate brown, with cream for base,
If your walls are textured this treatment is easy, takes 2 days, but wonderful results. Everyone who comes in says wow, is that real.
Its cool, and my sage sofa covers go great with it.
Ya its dark. But nice, I have hard wood floors too, it just made the pop.
Reply:A basic tan in the same shade (not darker or lighter than) your sage would work. Have you thought about slipcovers instead of buying new couches? Also a good idea to help bring n more colors would be to let yourself splurge on some throw pillows for the couch or a throw blanket. If you find a pattern or color scheme on one of those you could pull the paint color from there. Remember it's just paint - have fun with it.
Reply:earth tones are great to work with so keep your sofa. There are a lot of questions to ask yourself when you are picking paint colors. We know that you have sage so build around that. What color is the wood work in that room? What color are the floors in that room? How about windows? are there any? What are the window treatments? What color are they? What color are your window frames? Depending on what state you are in I could e-mail you some color chip numbers to look at and see if you like them.
earth tones are really fun to work with and if you take into consideration all of the questions above your room will really come together nicely.

Reply:Why not a clay-ish type color -- I mean like terra cotta -- a reddish brown, only lighter...It depends on the kind of "feel" you want to create -- if you like earthy tones, I would suggest more in the rust / clay family of hues. With various accessories, you could bring out different colors within the scheme -- like desert-types colors -- like in a rug, pillows, vase / flowers etc. A range from teals / sage, and rusts, beige, clay---think of the beautiful contrast in coral and turquoise!
Reply:For the walls I would go with a "French Vanilla" it is a beautiful color. Gold and burgundy are good contrasting colors to add to this through pillows and accessories. Spend the money on the paint and then shop at your local "Thrift" stores for your accessories. You can buy picture frames for a fraction of the retail price and if you don't like the colors, just go to a "Dollar" store and buy some cheap spray paint and paint them to match your room too! Have fun decorating!!!
Reply:ivory and mauve are great colors with sage.
Reply:Your sofa is quite a nice color and the sage green is warm enough to go with a number of other warm colors.
Choose a WARM grey off-white for the walls with white trim and deep red accents. Throw in black in the form of black wood or metal frame coffee or side tables AND we introduce a really shiny mercury glass lamp to give it another surface texture.
Reply:maybe a tan color or off white or something like that.
Reply:If you like earthy colors, then go with a "mushroom" shade. Use white trim on the baseboards and molding. Bright orange accents (candles, flowers, pillows)would really pop in this room.

Where could i buy a sage plant?
where do they sell these?
like can i get them at albertson's or soemthing? if not, then wich store (preferably not an online store)?
Where could i buy a sage plant?
Home depot or a local garden store. I love sage.
Reply:They may be hard to find this time of the year, but you could try a local nursery or a home depot.
Reply:Sage, depends on what kind you are looking for. Sage - flowering you want saliva, which can be purchased in the spring either plant or seeds pkts.sage - herb for cooking I'd personally purchase a pk. of seeds and grow in window sill for the winter months or start a herb garden in the spring. Since Christmas is coming up there are always those herb kits. Rosemary is also in the sage family. Go to the garden dept. of your local department store or to a nursery.
Reply:Go to Home Depot. They sell it for a good price, if your rich that is.
Reply:Sage is easy to grow from seed. Here are some sites that will give you the information you need to grow the plant from seed:

This is not a good time of the year to find bedding plants like sage, but you might be able to get a slip of one from a friend. A few garden centers may still have the plants available or at other places that carry bedding plants, but I believe you will find it difficult to find sage at this time of the year.

a specific type of sage, It is in the mint family of plants

common nickname may be Tricolor ((Garden Sage,))) its real name will always be Salvia officinalis Tricolor."

Important! Salvia divinorum leaves for smoking, please read the following information about smoked Salvia divinorum.

Reply:There are several different types of salvia, or sage, some ornamental, some edible. Culinary sage, salvia officinalis. (the kind that comes in the spice bottle) is one grown most often. It comes in the familiar gray, also a golden leaved variety and a variegated green and white variety. Pineapple sage and melon sage are also edible. Ornamental perennial salvia and annual salvias that are used as bedding plants are not. Tho they are not poisonous, they have no flavor that you would want to eat. Culinary salvias are usually refered to as sages, while ornamental ones are salvia.
Russian sage is not a salvia, and not edible. Could be toxic to some people.

Reply:They are both in the genus salvia so they have similarities. If you see sage flower it is a pink raceme of flowers similar to the ornamental salvias. But they are different species and only sage (Salvia officinalis) can be eaten.

I need a wall color that will work with a sage green sofa & loveseat. The living & dining rooms are 1 area.?
The dining and living rooms form a "L" and both areas are open to the kitchen. The dining room furniture is dark brown wood. I plan to purchase an entertainment center or armroire in the near future that I may paint or stain. My kitchen cabinents are red oak and so is the flooring throughout all 3 spaces...help!
I need a wall color that will work with a sage green sofa %26amp; loveseat. The living %26amp; dining rooms are 1 area.?
I would go with a soft beige color; that color goes well with any decor.
Reply:cant go wrong with cream/magnolia or anything in that shade. stop at lemon though - anythings darker would be too much. alternatively I'm a great fan of these 'shades of white' ranges where its white with a hint of colour and you could try an 'apple white' shade? would work well with the sofas and be a really nice bright contrast to the dark wood,
x
Reply:cream color
Reply:A good color would be an Indian Orange by parker paint, or a dark blue. good luck
Reply:you can always try this link out:
http://www.behr.com/behrx/workbook/index...
you can mix and match colors and see what they will look like in your own living space. good luck!
Reply:Do grey. Something light grey.
Reply:Cream would look nice, even a light kind of green, maybe a lighter sage, and then perhaps light blue and cornflower blue. Olive would go as well
Reply:Peach and/or salmon
Reply:Sage green or pistachio green would be nice. it's has this soft pastal look.lighter shade.
Reply:can range from classic white or beige, to neutral taupe or tan, or finally to bold red or burgundy

There are so many available - what is the best Sage Package for a small business?
help! even if you could tell me the best one from Amazon - would be helpful!
There are so many available - what is the best Sage Package for a small business?
Okay,
As you already know there are a huge number of Sage solutions for you and your business........
If you want the most basic bookkeeping package then you would be needing Sage Instant accounts at a cost of £129.oo and this can be bought directly from Sage or through Amazon, PC World etc.
http://shop.sage.co.uk/instantaccounts.a...
If you have staff then Sage Instant payroll is also an option and can cater for businesses with upto 10 members of staff at a cost of £98.99.
http://shop.sage.co.uk/instantpayroll.as...
Hope that helps........
Reply:line 50 for small businesses. easy and simple to use. provides you with all the relvant reports such as balance sheet, trial balance, aged debtors %26amp; creditors, blah blah blah
and also allows you to account for VAT and complete VAT returns and also reconcile your bank transactions.
also if you employ ppl, get sage payroll too as this can be linked into sage line 50 so you dont have to enter the wages transactions.
plus, most accounting firms use line 50 too so when its time to hand your accounts over you can just give them a back up of it.
Reply:No one can tell you what is best for you. My computer came with QuickBooks, and many small businesses use it. I use DacEasy, and it is similar to Peachtree. Both of these are more sophisticated than QuickBooks, but they are also more expensive.
Reply:Dont use sage too bloody complicated by far. Use spreadsheets like you would in a manual system. So simple and the amount of time you spend doing your books if you are a small business is miniscule.

Should I start Kurt Warner or Sage Rosenfels for this week?
The Saints D has given up an average of 252 yds per game through the air and 23 passing TDs so far. Only the Bengals, Lions, and Browns have given up more. Denver has actually given up a lot of passing TDs, but are #7 in yards / game.
Play Warner with confidence this week.
Should I start Kurt Warner or Sage Rosenfels for this week?
I say you got to go with Rosenfels this week. He should have to pass a lot whether Dayne plays or not. They will most likely be playing from behind in this game, and their running game is shaky at best. He might have a couple of interceptions, but he should gets lots or yards and a TD or two.
Reply:kurt for sure better recievers
Reply:Start Kurt without a doubt. Fitzgerald is bakc and helathy and expected to have a big week. Also Kurt is a veteran and while he may not be a 40 point threat he will always have a solid game and make few major mistakes.
Reply:activate kurt, that man's a fantasy baller even when he throws 5 picks
Reply:Kurt all day! It's New Orleans! Shaq can throw for 400 on their D!
Reply:I got Warner on my team too. Im sticking with him. Fitzgerald is back and the emergence of Urban and they have Bryant Johnson who is good. You cant go wrong. AND listen to this matchup: Larry Fitzgerald (6'3") matched up against either Mike McKenzie (6'0") or Jason David (5'8"). He has good height on either corner so I think your good to go. I have Warner with a high 30pt fantasy night.
Reply:Warner will rack up the yards, I don't know about the tds though. So for fantasy purposes I would start Rosenfels. I believe houston will win tonight and Sage will put up some decent numbers and probably a couple of td passes. Arizona on the other hand will lose to New Orleanns on Sunday, by how much I am not sure.

I have a chocolate brown couch. What color chair would go best: cobblestone, sage, red or any other colors?
I would go with the sage as first choice, cobblestone next.
I wouldn't use the red because your couch is dark brown the red won't look as nice, you want some contrast. Red and brown is O.K together, but it is a bit over done. If you can get a few swatches together or even pull pictures from a magazine that resemble your couch and different colours of chairs, put them together for an idea. I also suggest going with cream (although not suitable for all house holds) and because you couch is solid you could consider a chair with patterned fabric, maybe stripes in all the colours you mentioned you like above. They would actually all go together nicely.

I agree....the blue!!!! Report It
Reply:Have you ever thought of a steel or slate blue. They go great together.
Reply:a maroon or like a dark red...
Reply:They all sound like they would work because you definitely would want to stay with earth-tones unless you want the chair to "pop" out. Sounds like a very beautiful comfy couch and living area. Enjoy!
Reply:sage would completement the chocolate color and bring it out
Reply:Cobblestone would look nice, but red would add some real pizzazz to the room. Just make sure that the red is a very deep red and not an orangey red.
Reply:a deep red would look nice
Reply:definitley cobblestone
Reply:It depends on what kind of mood/atmosphere you want. Brown would go well with a sage colour or a red colour. having said that, with the sage colour, it would look earthy, and leave you with a cool looking room (as in temperature wise). having red would be my choice, which would give it a nice warm feel, and brown seems to come alive with a nice vibrant red. you may also want to take the colour of your walls into consideration. Hope your decorating goes well.

Suggestions as to what color curtain to hang in a large open room with hardwood floors and sage green walls?
I am thinking an olive green.
The adjacent dining room/kitchen is hardwood with beige walls.
Suggestions as to what color curtain to hang in a large open room with hardwood floors and sage green walls?
Your color and fabric selection will really depend on your decor and lifestyle.
some options I'm visualizing are:
1. the olive green that you mentioned will create a serene room, tone on tone tends to do that.
2. a print in red/cream/brown/......some sort of plaid.
3. (my favorite) metallics. Think brass, not Gold. This will add tons of class and reflection to the room. If you pick a soft texture, like a sheer, linen or chintz, the room will remain soft but exciting.
Reply:I have a similar color in one of my rooms. I don't have curtains in there, but I have a countertop that has shades of rust, deep lavender, taupe...it looks awesome. There is also one wall in that room that is painted like a brick red color. Think of apples and you'll know what I mean.
Reply:Pale gold (silk) but very expensive, or cream.
Reply:I would go with gold sheer fabric or ivory. Hang blinds at the windows and use scarfs.....would look fabulous.
Good Luck
Kelli
Reply:well my mother used to own a curtain doily shop kinda thing and well my living room color is the same so i think you should go a shade lighter or a shade darker than your walls =D
Reply:I think a toffee or caramel brown would look very nice.

Why is AP US history often called SAGE history?
i'm in "AP" history for 8th grade, and its called SAGE history. sage is a freaking plant. apparently my teachers dont have a solid answer. anyone know?
Why is AP US history often called SAGE history?
Jud Sage is the main person behind SAGE history.
if you read this you may be able to understand what some of it is about. it must be his own take on history, and the ability to reasearch history free of charge, online
http://www.academicamerican.com/
http://www.academicamerican.com/about.ht...
Reply:"Sage" is more than just a plant. If you read the second definition in the dictionary, it is also, "a mentor in spiritual and philosophical topics who is renowned for profound wisdom," and "having wisdom that comes with age and experience ."
Might be something to do with that second definition.
You might find a more definitive answer here: http://www.historysage.com/
Reply:SAGE is probably an abbreviation, though never encountered that term when I was in middle school. Although I'm pretty sure that's "not" an AP class. I don't think they offer AP classes in middle school. It's probably just an honors or accelerated class. AP American History is normally offered to Juniors (11th graders) and I remember taking the AP exams around May. (Been a while since HS, sorry).
Reply:SAGE - "Students Achieving Greater Education"
It's just a class for the smarter students, like Honors classes, but in elementary and middle school.

I have a sage living room, what color furniture (coffee table, entertainment center) should I buy?
Blond wood (the lightest wood you can get) entertainment center and glass with chrome or stainless steel coffee table.
I have a sage living room, what color furniture (coffee table, entertainment center) should I buy?
Distressed, or bleached, pine would go best with green
Reply:Is it a light sage or dark sage? I painted my living room a mushroom color (tan) and a green. When I put my entertainment center - which is a medium color wood - up against the green it really popped the furniture and make it more noticeable. I love it.
Reply:I have a sage family room...I have denim furniture and pine tables....wood blinds and pine trim....
A living room may need to be for formal...You can go with white or cream then use some great colorful pillows! along with a dark pine or other wood for your tables.
Reply:Deep chocolate would be really nice.
The contrasts would bring the eye up to the lighter walls and then give the room a bigger feel.
Reply:A deep espresso color would be beautiful. I also have sage walls with cream carpet. I have brown leather furniture and tables. I use cream and coral pillows on my couches and coral accents throughout. The coral really makes it "pop". Good luck to you!~
Reply:I like cherry. It glows a beautiful orange, especially if there is good sunlight.
Reply:light pine wood,or for a richer look try cherry wood...black painted furniture is fading out in todays market,as well as glass topped tables, solid wood is the way to go..
Reply:light colored wood. it will blend in nicely. the contrasts will play off the color scheme of a lighter wood easier. make sure to use similar wood paterns.
Reply:If the entire room is sage (including flooring) I would go with a medium walnut wood - and use light accent pieces and light pillows. Choose one main base color that compliments your sage (like walnut) - and then I'd select a CONTRASTING accent light an orange fabric. It all depends upon your theme and if you want it casual, formal, elegant or funky/retro!
Reply:Black goes with everything

Can sage leaves be eaten on its second stage right of the plant with out drinking it with tea?
Google micro greens. Then google teenage salad.
Can sage leaves be eaten on its second stage right of the plant with out drinking it with tea?
Yep, i just used it last night on a pumpkin and ricotta lasange last night, fried in butter with walnuts, mmmmm... yummy.
Reply:As long as it is not from a White Sage plant (which is poisonous) then why not? Sage is used in cooking all the time and as a garnish on meat dishes. I personally don't like the taste, but a lot of people I know chew the leaves instead of gum.

How do I get my beloved pet Sage;Friendly Akita/Rotti mix, goes 100 lbs from Maine to florida for $400.Safely!
Been to A shipping company, didn't work out!! Can't fly her;involves major stress, for her and us.
How do I get my beloved pet Sage;Friendly Akita/Rotti mix, goes 100 lbs from Maine to florida for $400.Safely!
drive it dont trust someone else with your dog, they may seem nice or like a good person but who knows what they will do with your dog once they left your house with your money
Reply:Do you have a friend who is unemployed, and has a reliable vehicle? If so, just pay him/her to drive the dog. Might be more than $400, as you should pick up the tab for gas, tolls, and motel round trip, plus a hundred or two for the effort and wear and tear on the car.
The trip could easily take 2 or 3 days, or more, depending on where in Maine you start, and where in Fla. you're going.
Reply:You can drive there for much less than that. If your dog won't travel well in the car, you could see if you can rent or borrow a horse trailer to put her in- in a crate. This is how I plan on moving 9 pets and several VERY large houseplants when I finally move cross-country.
PS: If you take turns driving/napping, only stopping for gas and potty breaks, you can make this trip in a little over 24 hours.
Reply:Have you tried Pet Transportation? I have a page on my website all about Pet Transportation. Check it out, it might help.

Sage Green or Orange for my May wedding?
I am so confused on what color I should pick for my May wedding. Any help would be nice.
Sage Green or Orange for my May wedding?
It really depends on the cut of the dresses, etc., Orange is more of a fall color than spring. Sage green goes for all the seasons except winter pretty much which we normally equate to evergreen color. It would also depend on the shade of orange. Some of which can be very beautiful, others just garrish.
check out this site, I think it will help you make your decision, as you will be able to get a visual on each one, after looking at this site, you may change your mind completely.

Hope this helps. Good luck and congrats.
Reply:what's wrong with both? I think if it's a light shade of orange it will work.
Reply:Why not both?
My wedding was in sage green and soft orange.
Congrats and Enjoy!
Reply:It depends on the style of your wedding. If you're going for something modern/contemporary for your event, stick with the orange, but pick a hue that's closer to gold rather than pumpkin.
Sage green is a good choice for something more casual or traditional. It's light, airy and can play on shabby chic touches if that's your thing. Be careful not to go into the lime or bright sage greens.
Both would be beautiful for your May wedding. Usually your first gut instinct is the best color for you. Good luck, and congrats!!
Reply:Have the bridesmaids dresses be sage green and incorporate some beautiful orange flowers in the bouquets or table flowers.
Reply:Please neither, orange is the color for Halloween and you want to design and decor your wedding with it? If your wedding is in May, go on line and look up flowers that blossom and bloom in May, and flowers for Spring time. Once you decide on the flowers, you can also pick a color to go with it. Please no green either. Keep things classy, and the bridesmaids and bit faded so that you stand out. When your bridesmaid have on colors screaming LOOK AT ME, it kind of takes the focus off the bride.
Reply:Sage Green for sure... Orange to me seems cheap
Reply:Sage will be nice for spring. I would use a spring like orange as an accent color. I would stay away from autumn type oranges.
Reply:I prefer orange.

Where does the herb sage come from?
I'm doing this project in one of my classes about different herbs and spices
Where does the herb sage come from?
Common sage is a small evergreen subshrub, with woody stems, grayish leaves, and blue to purplish flowers. It is native to the Mediterranean region.
Reply:the ground!
Reply:I agree with the first answer...but sage can be found here in the U.S.
Reply:Its a plant so wouldn't it come from the ground?
Reply:It is the leaves of a small bush that is found wild in desert country. I live in Utah and have several bushes in our yard we planted there for our use. If you live in the right climate they are harder to kill than to grow.
