any ideas on how to make hash from the seasoning sage and eggs put in an oven to cook? i need this info for a thesis project.

Reply:Using a cast iron pan, I'd saute onions, hash brown potatoes and green peppers on the stove top. Remove from the pan. Cook sausage, seasoned with sage. Drain grease from pan. Put onion, potatoes, sausage, and peppers back into pan. You can stir in scrambled eggs or break eggs over top. Place in oven and cook until done.
