Evergreen shrub up to 2 ft. , meduim green foilage, and bright magenta flower spikes. Picture if you can.

What is Santa Barbara Dwarf Sage, this is a plant?
It is a specific patented cultivar of sage (Salvia leucantha 'Santa Barbara'), also known as Mexican Bush Sage, Dwarf Velvet Sage.

Reply:I don't understand the question, 'this is a plant?" Of course it is a plant, not an animal. Sages belong to the mint family and have aromatic foliage. Flowers range from blue to red, they require less water than most garden plants once established. Hummingbirds are particularly attracted to most varieties.
