Does anyone know how to mix KOOL AID to get as close as possible to a sage green color??

i've heard it can be done, i've tried food coloring n tye dye, didn't work. i'm trying to dye a hanging table, it's (excuse spelling please) macramay??spelling. it's actually quite a nice table an any help would dearly be appreciated. thank you!

I wouldn't even think of using Kool Aid. The sugar in it will create problems. Try using Rit dye that you can find at Walmart or Kmart. Experiment with an old white tee shirt until you find the right color. You don't say what color yard the macrame was originally. Usually yarns are dyed out so that they will not take anymore color. If this is the case, try spray painting it!! Once it's dry, should be fine.......
