Different kind of wedding shower using the colors sage and brown?
You can do any thing you choose the conventional bridal shower is a thing of the past. I am in the wedding planning business and have seen alot . Have you every consider a Sunday brunch , with flavored coffees and juices . Can be something different and cost is less for breakfast items . pastries eggs, etc.. than you can give away flavored Starbucks coffees and coordinating items as gifts ...kinda fun. I did it for a Friend it was a huge success. can also hire cheif to stand at buffett and prepare omelets per order . have fun.
Reply:I think the colors sage and brown are very hip at the moment - good choice! Depending on your budget, I recently heard of an outside wedding shower where the bridesmaids had various stations (tiki huts) set up where the guests could get manicures, pedicures, massages, etc. This was used to replace, what some consider redundant, the wedding shower games that are repeated quite often. Everyone, including the men, had a wonderful time and all got pampered before the wedding. Just thought I'd share that idea since it was something I never would have thought of doing. Enjoy and best of luck with your plans!
Reply:Instead of a circle of people in a living room which is what you usually get at showers, have little round tables set up for people to sit at, serve tea in cute tea cups and little sandwhiches to snack on.
